Pour pomegranate juice and yogurt into the blender.
Add the spinach, banana, blueberries, chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup if desired. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
Blend on low speed to combine, then switch to high speed and blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
Check consistency- if too thick, add an extra splash of juice. If too thin, add additional fruit and blend again.
