  • Pour pomegranate juice and yogurt into the blender.
  • Add the spinach, banana, blueberries, chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup if desired. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Blend on low speed to combine, then switch to high speed and blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
  • Check consistency- if too thick, add an extra splash of juice. If too thin, add additional fruit and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
